Fast and friendly check-in experience was appreciated.
Upon arrival, I found our room improperly supplied with toilet paper. The bedding was uncomfortable, with flat pillows that offered no support. To top it off, the bed felt hard as a rock.

My journey from doubt to delight
Initially skeptical, I was really surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the beds! The room had good water pressure, ample storage with two fridges, and a microwave!
The heat from open windows made the hallways uncomfortable!

The check-in process went smoothly, and I appreciated that my room had good water pressure. The bathroom was updated and seemed well-maintained, aside from a faucet that was too small for easy use. Found the room generally clean, though it definitely needed better vacuuming. The air conditioning worked fine, a relief considering the heat outside. I noticed there were no cups in the room even though there was a coffee maker, which seemed like a basic oversight. One other downside was that some towels were missing, but overall, the beds were comfortable enough for a night's sleep. Not enough amenities within the hotel, but areas were accessible if willing to drive.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean. Beds were comfortable for a family. The air conditioning worked well. It was great to have non-smoking options. I had a pleasant night's rest 👍
